CAPS OR HEAD (ASME B16.9)
Weld-on pressure vessel caps in all Ferrous alloys(as required by the client) are forged in Bavers Foulad presently the production capacity is up to 2000 mm in diameter but expanding up to 4000 mm in diameter with thickness 200 mm.

Abiding by the following standards:
  • ASME B16.9
REDUCER (ASME B16.9)
Reducers (both concentric reducers & eccentric reducers) in all ferrous alloys (as required by the client) are forged in Bavers Foulad.

Pressure class(presently being produced):
  • 2000lb
  • 3000lb
  • 6000lb

TEE (ASME B16.9)
The TEEs up to 56" x 56" (both equal tees & unequal tees) in all ferrous alloys (as required by the client) are forged in Bavers Foulad.

  • ASME B16.9
  • IGS-PL-022-P2
  • IGS-PL-022-P1
  • ANSI B16.9
SOCKLET, SWEEPOLET, WELDOLET, THREADOLET (ASME B16.9)
All of the these nozzel attachement in all ferrous alloys(as required by the clients) are produced in Bavers Foulad

Abiding by the following standards:
  • ASME B16.9
  • IGS-PL-022-P2
  • IGS-PL-022-P1
  • ANSI BI16.9
FLANGE (ANSI B16.5, ANSI B16.47 A/B, MSS-SP 44)
Flanges(both RTJ & SF types) in all ferrous alloys (as required by the client) are forged in Bavers Foulad.

Sizes & Classes (presently being produced):
  • up to 56" insted of 24" in any class

ANCHOR FLANGE (ASME SECVII DIV.1)
Anchor flanges in all ferrous alloys(as required by the client) are forged in Bavers Foulad in sizes from 10" to 56" and up to 600lb in pressure class.

RAILWAY WHEEL BANDAGE(UIC-810-1)
Railway Wheel Bondage in B3N and B2N steels for both passenger and cargo trains are mass produced in Bavers Foulad
